Details on how to redeem your Salon Gift Vouchers

'How does this affect me?'
The information on this page only applies to local clients of The Skincare & Hair Spa with Gift Vouchers they wished to redeem in person in the salon. As the hair salon permanently closed on at the end of August 2025, we wish to ensure your vouchers are settled to your satisfaction should you wish to do so.
If you wish to avail of our selection of beauty treatments at our new location you may do so and continue to keep your vouchers.
For our online clients, gift vouchers are still fully valid for their full 5 year period under our standard terms and conditions.

Clients for whom this is applicable
This procedure only applies to clients of The Skincare & Hair Spa who have vouchers for in-salon treatments or services purchased in-store or online.
What we shall do, why, and what you can expect
As the hair salon has closed, it is important that we offer you a form of resolution on your outstanding Skincare & Hair Spa Gift Vouchers. This may be, at your discretion, a refund of the remaining balance(s) on your voucher(s), Guinot Beauty Treatments, or the opportunity to purchase products from the online store.
How to redeem your Gift Vouchers
If you hold salon Gift Vouchers with a full or partial balance and wish to claim a refund, please complete the form below. Our team will then be in contact with you to complete the process.
Terms & Conditions
- You must be in possession of your physical Skincare & Hair Spa Gift Voucher. No refunds will be possible if you do not have a valid voucher. The voucher must first be returned to us in Roscommon. We shall provide contact details when you apply.
- If you wish to receive a refund, this may only be issued to the debit/credit card from which the original charge was made. It is not possible to electronically refund to a different card, even if it is the same holder. (Replacement cards on the same account are acceptable.)
- A full and complete refund will be returned to you via electronic bank transfer to your original card account. Be aware that some banks or financial services may levy a fee or charge. If so, please contact that organisation for clarification.
- You may prefer to receive products from our online shop to the value of your balance. You will not require your debit/credit card for this, although if you wish to purchase more than your available balance allows we will charge you the difference.
