This Online Shop website (“Online Shop”) is operated by The Skincare & Hair Spa. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to The Skincare & Hair Spa. The Skincare & Hair Spa offers you the use of this Online Shop, its contents and services to you, the user, upon your acceptance of the terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.
If you do not agree our T&Cs, please do not access the Online Shop or use our services.
Provision of Service
To agree to our T&Cs you must be over 18 years of age. We do not provide service to minors.
Any order you create and place on the Online Shop is an offer to The Skincare & Hair Spa to sell goods to you, and remains open until:
- in the case where you choose home delivery, the order is accepted by us AND your confirmed payment is received by us AND the goods delivered to your delivery address;
- or in the case where you choose in-store collection, the order is accepted by us AND you make payment in-store when collecting your goods.
All goods remain our property until delivered to your delivery address or collected by you in-store.
You may choose to decline an order at time of payment.
We may decline to sell you any and all products without reason and without liability to you. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time without explanation. We also reserve the right to decline an order where we believe the order was not placed by a valid customer, is maliciously placed, or is to a delivery address outside our chosen limited geographic service area in Ireland.
Pricing, Returns, Substitutions, and Refunds
The prices charged for your goods will be as displayed and charged in-store at the time your basket is being picked. This may differ from the price shown on the Online Shop at the time you placed your order.
Any product in your basket that has a higher price at the time of picking than that on your order may be returned to us for a full refund.
If your original choice is unavailable or out of stock at the time you purchase, a refund for the product will be issued.
Should we hold insufficient quantities of a particular good to fulfil your order, we reserve the right to supply a lesser quantity to you.
Prices for our goods are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Online Shop service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the service.
Faulty or damaged items should be returned to us within 1 day along with your receipt, for a replacement or refund as per the information below. Faulty or damaged items may also be returned to our store within 7 days along with your receipt. Please include all packaging and other materials.
Goods with hygiene seals that have been opened cannot be returned unless you believe them to be faulty or damaged.
We are available to discuss any matters relating to your order and goods on 090 66 26041, or at our customer services desk during opening hours.
You can return an item within 14 days of receipt of your order. All returned items must be unused (sealed) and in their original packaging. We shall then reimburse you within 14 working days of when we receive your returned goods.
Arranging a return
To arrange a return, first contact our support team by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, the details of the item you wish to return, and the reason for returning it. Once we receive your request we shall contact you with further details on how to effect your return.
Damaged on receipt
We always recommend that you do not accept any packages with obvious physical damage. However, if you do accept a damaged delivery, any breakages or damages to the goods within must be reported to us by email within 1 day of receipt.
Please include photos of your delivery in your email as follows:
- a photo of the labelling affixed to your package, showing your address information and the package shipment number
- a photo of your delivery from the outside, showing the entire outer packaging, from which we can determine the extent of the damage
- a photo of the packaging interior
- a photo of the goods you received
- a photo of the broken item(s) clearly showing the damage
If a product is defective in any way, please contact us by email as soon as possible by email, advising us of the defect. We shall contact you with further details on how to proceed, and either supply you with a replacement, or refund the cost of the product.
Hygiene and Safety
Beauty, cosmetic and other personal products with a security seal may only be returned if the security seal is intact.
Your statutory rights are unaffected.
Deliveries and In-Store Collections
Additional charges are levied for delivery and in-store collection services at our discretion and are clearly shown at the checkout phase.
All in-store collections must be fully paid at the counter prior to receipt of your goods. We shall contact you by telephone to advise you that your order is ready to collect.
For delivery services, full payment (debit or credit card payment over telephone) must be received. A member of our team shall telephone you on the number you provide to accept your card payment over the phone. All calls will come from our store telephone number: 090 66 26041.
To avoid fraud do not entertain calls for payment from any other number. We shall confirm your order number prior to asking you for your details. Never give your card details to anyone claiming to be The Skincare & Hair Spa without confirming that the call is from our 090 66 26041 telephone number and that we can state your order number.
Failure to make full confirmed payment at the time of our call will result in delay or cancellation of your order.
Because it is impossible to cover all eventualities, we can only estimate the time of delivery. We do not accept liability for delayed deliveries for any reason whatsoever.
If no-one is available at your delivery address to accept your goods, we may hold on to them unless you agree otherwise at the time of payment. We will do what we can to facilitate your requirements but if our delivery person cannot complete the delivery you must contact us on 090 66 26041 to arrange a new delivery, and you will be obliged to pay an additional delivery charge. Alternatively you can contact us to arrange an in-store collection at no additional cost.
While we shall endeavour to assist with specific instructions you might request, we are under no obligation to comply with them and may, at our discretion, modify or ignore such instructions. We accept no liability for being unable to follow your specific instructions.
Errors, Inaccuracies and Omissions
Occasionally there may be information on our Online Shop that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, delivery times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Online Shop is inaccurate at any time, without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).
In addition to other prohibitions as set forth in these T&Cs, you are prohibited from using the site or its content:
- for any unlawful purpose;
- to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts;
- to violate any rules, laws, or local ordinances;
- to infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others;
- to harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate based on gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, race, age, national origin, or disability;
- to submit false or misleading information;
- to upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code that will or may be used in any way that will affect the functionality or operation of the Service or of any related website, other websites, or other users;
- to collect or track the personal information of others;
- to spam, phish, pharm, pretext, spider, crawl, or scrape;
- for any obscene or immoral purpose; or
- to interfere with or circumvent the security features of the Service or any related website.
We reserve the right to terminate your use of the Service or any related website for violating any of the prohibited uses.
We do not guarantee, represent or warrant that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free.
From time to time we may remove access to the Online Shop for indefinite periods of time or cancel the service at any time, without notice to you.
Your use of, or inability to use, the Online Shop is at your sole risk.
In no case shall The Skincare & Hair Spa, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the service or any product, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the service or any content (or product) posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the service, even if advised of their possibility.
In the event that any aspect of these T&Cs is invalid, void or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and active. Our decision not to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these T&Cs shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
These T&Cs are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate these Terms of Service at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our Online Shop, or when you cease using our site.
Any ambiguities in the interpretation of these Terms of Service shall not be construed against the drafting party.
Our T&Cs and all agreements whereby we provide you with services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland
Our Online Shop is explicitly intended for use only by users based in Ireland within the geographic service area of our business.

From time to time, changes and/or new features may be added to the Online Shop. Such changes shall also be subject to these T&Cs.
